In order to settle all the problems which disturb our business relations we have agreed upon the following terms:
1.You agree to pay to me Mk 3.000.00, and of which you will pay at first the demands of Waldheim Eberle and that of its lawyer*, a total of Austrian Schillings 3873.31 (at the official rate of RM 52.00 for Sch. 100.00 amounting to RM 2014.22). The remainder of RM 1285.78 has to be paid to me by you directly in cash.
You promised to deal with Eberle Waldheim in a manner as if you were to protect your own interest, that is to try to reduce their demands as much as possible. Should you succeed in that, you will pay the difference to me.

2. You will have to show the me the original statements and royalties paid to you for the recording of my "Gurrelieder". You have to pay me 50% of these royalties.
