Last Will and Testament
IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN, I, Arnold Schoenberg of City of Los Angeles State of California at the age of seventy five years, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory and not acting under duress, menace, fraud, or undue influence of any person whatever, do make, publish and declare this my last WILL AND TESTAMENT in the manner following, that is to say:
FIRST:
That all my just debts including those incurred by reason of my demise be promptly paid.
SECONDLY: That all my property of every kind and description, real and personal, are by these presents, my last will and testament, granted, bequeathed and devised, without reservation or exception, to my beloved wife, Gertrude Schoenberg.
LASTLY, I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, Gertrude Schoenberg, my Executrix to serve without bond and the Citizen National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles her co-executor, to serve without bond of this my last will and Testament and hereby revoke all former Wills by me made.

Personally appeared before me this 28th day of June 1956, Miltin S. Koblitz, of the City of Los Angeles and State of California, and being first duly sworn deposes and says-
That on the 11th day of March 1950- he did witness the signing of a Last Will and Testament of the late Arnold Schoenberg and as such w[i]tness did affix his own signature to said document a photostate copy of which is herewith attached.
